Rent is to be paid monthly in advance as per the Residential Tenancies Agreement, unless an alternative agreement has been made with the landlords. Rental payments can be made via direct debt, internet transfer, bank cheque, personal cheque, bank deposit or money order.
We advise Western Water of all tenancies, so water usage bills are sent directly to tenants on a quarterly basis.
Repairs and Maintenance
All repairs are attended to as promptly as possible, however, it is often necessary to obtain the landlords approval and or quotes before work can commence, so a short time lag is sometimes unavoidable in non-urgent situations. Please click here

During the course of the tenancy, the property will be inspected periodically by one of our Property Managers after written notice has been issued. The first periodic inspection is carried out 3 months after the tenancy commences, then every 6 months thereafter.
All bonds are lodged with the Residential Tenancies Bond Authority where they are securely held until the termination of the tenancy. The bond is refunded promptly after you vacate, provided the property is left in as close as possible condition to when the tenancy commenced.
Electricity, Gas and Telephone
When you become a tenant with us, we will provide you with an application to Connect Now. Once you are approved, they will contact you to confirm your connections. This is a free service, however normal connection fees still apply. Find out more here: www.connectnow.com.au
